LONG STORY SHORT
Key positions held within the past 15 years
SendFX Ltd
Send Payments is an award winning high growth payments business which is now evolving from a singular, retail FX focused remittance business to a B2B2C enbedded solution provider, servicing the needs of larger and more sophisticated global clients who want to add FX and other payment solutions in order to expand and monetise their business capabilities and deliver significant experience improvements to their customers. I was tasked with leading product, data and engineering teams to build robust, global financial infrastructure supported by world class product and applications which empower and enable our partners to integrate fast, low cost, local and cross-border payments into their business models natively.
Casumo Services Ltd
Casumo is one of the most distinctive, innovative online entertainment brands and Sportsbook operators in Europe. It's mission has always been to design, improve, reinvent and shape the future of digital iGaming entertainment. Casumo offers real money gaming products in a number of strict legal and regulated market frameworks including Sweden, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, The Netherlands and other emerging markets worldwide subject to applicable law. On a one year contract, I was tasked with rebuilding the Product function to be able to scale effectively to an Enterprise level function.
Pragmatic Play Ltd
This scale up business had achieved impressive growth since it’s incorporation in 2015 with development and operational offices in Gibraltar, Malta, Isle of Man, Belgrade, Bucharest, Buenos Aires, Cardiff, Hyderabad, Kiev, London, Noida and Zhytomir. Having worked with the investors initially as a consultant through my own company, I was invited to join the team on a full time basis, tasked with taking the product portfolio to the next level in terms of strategic direction and commercial performance. I have now built a fully remote, high performance product team which is distributed across 9 countries.
Muse Design Ltd
Director of an interim Executive services business partnering with high growth, PE/VC backed businesses providing critical Product, Design and Revenue Growth leadership services, working with a range of international brands in high-growth and transformational environments to orient strategic decisions around the company’s growth motions, fill short-term skills gaps and lead critical projects (including Organisational Change Management) to make an instant impact.
LeoVegas Group Ltd
Still in a growth startup phase and having achieved impressive growth with an active user base of 50K and annual turnover over EUR 27 million, LeoVegas were looking to leverage their existing brand strength and distribution power by entering the Sports betting vertical. I was invited to join the team to lead the delivery of the Sports product CX and UX workstream with full accountability for the research, design and integration.
Scientific Games Ltd
Entry point to contract market. This was an interim project to support the business in designing a viable framework for successful B2B marketing leading multi-disciplinary teams across Europe and the US.
Betsson Group Ltd
Throughout the previous 3-5 years, this iGaming business had seen an impressive period of rapid growth which was driven through both organic performance and acquisitions. The acquisition strategy introduced new challenges as the business began to consolidate it’s various operations in order to drive organic performance through a Group wide, multiple-brand strategy. At this point in the development of the business, customer classification had been heavily product and revenue centric rather than consumer centric which produced a customer view that was limited to high value (VIP) versus mass. Product design workflow lacked collaboration, was driven by individual preference and a ‘design by committee’ approach. The customer was not represented anywhere in the structure or the process. Reporting to the Group CPO and CXO, I was tasked with building a Group wide, Voice of Customer and broader Product CX programme along with reforming and consolidating Product Design and Development across the business.
Northway Group Ltd
This fully licensed, Canadian owned consumer finance business (Fintech) was achieving loan origination volumes of over 1 billion USD through a number of consumer brands in Australia, the U.K., Canada and a range of states within the U.S. I was invited to join the business on a one year contract to build a CX and Growth programme. In addition to building Product and Growth team, introducing technology and driving strategy, I held responsibility for Contact Centre and Collections operations where both functions played a critical role in acquisition, marketing ROI and bad debt.
Compass Group UK & Ireland
This business is the largest contract foodservice company in the world with operations in about 50 countries which employs over 550,000 people worldwide. As Product Manager, I was responsible for delivering significant improvements to the retail EPOS product in the UK & Ireland.
